• Please bring* your chili (4 gallons) ready to eat, along with any fixin’s you like, in a crock pot or roaster that can be plugged in at your assigned table for heating.
• Also, please bring a ladle for serving. You may decorate your table (half of an 8’ table) any way you wish.
• Bowls, silverware and napkins will be provided.
• Doors will open at 12:00pm for you to set up for the dinner with service beginning at 2:00pm.
• The contest and tasting will end at 5:00pm.
• The band concert begins at 5:00pm in the Gym.
• Your entry fee also includes one ticket for your meal and one entry to the band concert.
